Service Cancellations

purificationspin provides styling consultation services. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost.

Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our styling services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:

  • Full refunds may be available if cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service
  • Partial refunds may be available for cancellations made 24-48 hours before the scheduled service
  • No refunds are available for services that have already been provided
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email

Rescheduling

We understand that schedules can change. You may reschedule your appointment at no additional charge if you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests can be made by phone or email.

Service Modifications

If you wish to modify your service package after booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to accommodate changes when feasible, subject to availability and pricing adjustments.

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may be charged the full service fee. We reserve the right to require a deposit for future appointments after a no-show occurrence.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to provide exceptional styling services. If you are not satisfied with your experience, please contact us within 7 days of your service date. We will work with you to address any concerns and find an appropriate resolution.

Third-Party Purchases

Please note that purificationspin provides styling advice and recommendations. Any purchases made at retail stores or online retailers are subject to those retailers' return and refund policies. We are not responsible for returns or refunds of items purchased from third-party retailers.
